Precise Temperature Inc. provides residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services throughout Orange County and Southern California, including but not limited to installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems.

Scheduling a service through our Site or by phone does not constitute a guarantee of availability. We will contact you to confirm your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2.3 Service Area
Our services are available to customers located within our designated service areas in Orange County and surrounding Southern California counties. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our service area.
3. ESTIMATES AND PRICING
Any estimates or quotes provided through our Site, by phone, or in person are non-binding until a written service agreement is signed by both parties. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, parts required, and conditions observed during the service visit. We are committed to transparent and honest communication regarding pricing before any work begins.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing through Synchrony Financial.
- Financing is subject to credit approval by Synchrony Financial. Precise Temperature Inc. is not responsible for financing approval decisions.
- Returned checks may be subject to a returned check fee.
- Unpaid balances may be referred to a collections agency and may affect your credit.
5. WARRANTIES
5.1 Labor Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Labor performed by Precise Temperature Inc. is warranted against defects for a period specified at the time of service. Please refer to your service agreement for specific warranty terms.
5.2 Equipment and Parts Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to all new equipment and parts installed by Precise Temperature Inc. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. We will provide you with applicable warranty documentation at the time of installation.
5.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Acts of nature, power surges, or flooding
- Failure to perform recommended maintenance
- Work performed by unauthorized third parties after our service
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Precise Temperature Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or the use of our Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
